Breakfast on the terrace brought to our room in the morning
There is no reception area and hence no real interaction with the hotel staff when you need them.

A perfect balcony and a great location. Nice bed and clean towels and the room was good taken care of every day.
First: Breakfast at the door is ok, but when we dont get bread one morning, because they ran out if it?? and lack of youghert another day,at least we should have rec a couple of more croassant or something. Second: First night we got a different room without balcony, a tiny Harry Potter room, horrible, we servived, but the cost of room was the same, not accepteble.

It has a very central location which we used as base to walk everywhere. You can get to the Vatican in 25 minutes, the old town in 20 minutes, Trevi fountain and the Pantheon in just under 10 minutes. I loved our little terrace, where despite the very fresh early mornings we sat outside and had our breakfast. This for me was the major plus point. The breakfast was absolutely fine (apart from then coffee), the bathroom was of a higher spec than I had anticipated from seeing the bedroom (they provide hairdryers so no need to pack yours).
The room, like the B& B, was small and basic. My boyfriend found the room perfectly fine and would not have much to say here but if like me you are a light sleeper then bring your ear plugs! The rooms (Chloe 2) is right next to the small kitchen where everyone's breakfast is made from early in the morning. I was already awake from the church bells that go off at 6am though. There are 5 flights of steps to get to the hotel, no lift, so bear then is mind when packing as it is a long way up with a heavy suitcase. I did think it was expensive for what we got but then that seems like the case in every major tourist city,

the hotel is situated in a fantastic location in Rome. We had a room with a roof terrace which was excellent with the hot weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Location is good, terrace is very nice.
Hotel was cheating us: on the day of the arrival they proposed us one room uppartment instead of two rooms with the terrace and a balcony. After 4 !! hours of arguing they promised to provide us next day a room, which we have booked, but refused to give a real discount for the first night in a smaller apartment (sales price difference on Booked.net was 60Eur and they gave 20Eur discount). At the same time, they are freezing the whole amount on your card before you arrive!

recommend a room with a terrace for early morning planning - the location is outstanding and the value is brilliant
pack light so you can make it up the flight of stairs with your suitcase :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms have a really nice cosy feel about them (not as grand as the pictures would suggest but very nice). It was comfortable, very clean, the air con was very cold if needed and the staff were very nice. If you can, stretch to having a terrace - we really loved ours, it was great for enjoying breakast. The location is superb, though it is on the top floor of a building, so lots of stairs but thats how you get a nice high up terrace, so we really weren't bothered. Haven't stayed anywhere else in Rome, but I would stay here again.

This is a fantastic place to stay at. The walking up 5 flights of stairs is off-putting but the proximity to everything and the cleanliness and staff makes up for this. There is privacy and a beautiful little roof garden and patio all to yourself. We walked to all areas, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and even the Vatican - that may not be everyone's idea of fun but it was a good way to travel for us. Tv is in Italian but it works. Breakfast is adequate and prompt.

Central location. Good room. Nice and helpful staff.
No lift- this is on the 5th floor- had to pull all the luggage up to the 5th floor which is its biggest drawback. Its more like an apartment hotel. Not easy to find. No glass to drink water in the room nor a bin!
